We are excited to give you a vehicle to allow your friends and family to contribute to your goal of owning a home together!  When it’s time to give a wedding gift many guests are confronted with the task of trying to find the perfect gift and don’t know where to start.  Couples are also challenged to find items to put on their gift registry that fit everyone’s price point and still allow people to feel like they gave something special & personal. That’s why we created the Bequest A Nest home fund.  After all – what’s more practical or thoughtful than funds to close on your first home together? Plus, we’ve added a lot of personal touches and customizations. Here are some quick facts:

1) Bequest A Nest can be used alone or in conjunction with other bridal registries. We can introduce your Bequest A Nest Fund at the time you send out your invitations, create your wedding website or begin planning your shower. We will leave the fund open for donations up to and after your wedding date.

2) Any dollar amount can be accepted – from your college room-mate’s $10.00 contribution or your Aunt Jospephine’s $10,000.00 nest egg! Everyone will get a personalized “Thank You” note.

3) We have partnered with top Escrow Officers, Lenders, Financial Planners and Realtors in Arizona to make sure that you understand how your funds can be collected and used within federal lending guidelines.  Your situation is as unique as your fingerprint and you need the program to be structured yet flexible enough to fit your home-buying timeline.
